DENT BITTER - 3.7% ABV A clean tasting, light bitter with hints of grapefruit in the nose and more general fruitiness along with some hoppiness and malt in the taste. The finish is short.

AVIATOR ALE - 4.0% ABV A chestnut coloured ale with a full and rounded hop flavour. A popular ‘session’ beer for the discerning palate. Malts are complex, but take second place to a hop ensemble that make this a very distinctive beer indeed. |

RAMSBOTTOM - 4.5% ABV This rich and complex, chestnut coloured beer has a warming, dry finish to follow its unusual combination of sweet and bitter flavours. A coffee aroma, with hints of fruit, precedes chocolate malt, dried fruit and hops, which vie for attention in the taste. |

T’OWD TUP - 6.0% ABV A rich full flavoured, strong stout with a roast coffee aroma. The dominant roast character is balanced by a warming sweetness and a raisiny, fruit-cake taste which lingers on into the long aftertaste, making this a very satisfying drink. CHAMPION WINTER BEER OF BRITAIN 1999 |

RAMBRAU - 4.5% ABV A very pale, cask-conditioned lager Ale. The flavour is sweet malty, rather hoppy, but also with notes of yeast and fruit.
