January 2008

A very light beer, brewed with Hallertaur for a delicate hop aroma and pale maltiness and a dry finish.

February 2008

4.5%

An amber coloured beer with an initial maltiness and slight biscuit notes in the taste. The hoppy floral aroma leads to a clean, dry, bitter finish. Named after the festival celebrating the Roman God of Intoxication.

March 2008

4.5%

A chestnut coloured beer with an auburn hue, brewed with Amarillo and Cascade hops.

April 2008

Tawny in colour with a clean bitter taste and a gentle floral aroma.

May 2008 – August 2008

The return of this much acclaimed cask conditioned lager is enjoyed by cask ale enthusiasts and lager drinkers alike. Light and refreshing with a crisp, clean, delicate flavour.

Amber coloured with a gentle bitterness, sweet biscuit flavours and a distinctive floral aroma.

June 2008

A light brown bitter with the distinctive bitterness from the use of North Down hops, and spicy floral notes from Cascade.

July 2008

Brewed solely with "Cluster" hops, which give this light coloured bitter a spicy and aromatic aroma, and a distinctive bitterness.

August 2008

A mid-strength golden bitter, with an initial sweetness. The floral aroma and citrus fruits flavours are complimented with the traditional bitterness.

September 2008

Brewed predominantly with Cascade hops which provide a fruity citrus aroma, and Cluster hops which give a distinctive bitterness. The use of Syrian hops adds a gentle floral aroma.

October 2008

An amber coloured beer, with hints of hops and fruit in the taste and aroma.. "Put it on Trial and Judge for yourselves. It wont be hanging around for long!

October2008 – December 2008

This rich and complex, chestnut coloured beer has a warming, dry finish to follow its unusual combination of sweet and bitter flavours.

December 2008

4.5%

An exceedingly pale, hoppy beer, with a clean refreshing taste.
